Position SummaryReporting to the Manager, Logistics Distribution Services, the Customs Specialist is responsible for overseeing all customs compliance, import/export activities under the CSA program, and regulatory adherence across distribution operations. This role ensures prompt clearance of shipments, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and alignment with applicable trade regulations to support uninterrupted supply chain flow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, HS classification, and certificates of origin.Ensure accurate tariff classification and duty/tax calculations.Function as the liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies (CBSA, CBP, PGAs, etc.)Oversee import operations under the CSA program, ensuring productive customs processes, compliance with CBSA regulations, and continuous improvement of border clearance procedures.Manage and maintain CARM Client Portal activities, including
