As part of the Ministry of Transportation and Economic Corridors, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of executive operations. Your main duties will include serving as a liaison, scheduling important meetings, and coordinating executive correspondence. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure executive priorities are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary liaison for internal and external partners
• Coordinate the ADM's calendar, meetings, and travel plans
• Manage and track correspondence, action requests, and deliverables




• Assist with recruitment and staffing processes
• Ensure compliance in financial and operational activities
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and four years of relevant experience
• Proven support to C-suite executives in complex settings
• Expertise in managing executive calendars and communications
• Familiarity with HR administration and reporting
• Experience in financial management and corporate compliance
