This 16-month contract requires a proactive HRIS leader capable of managing day-to-day operations while supporting HR's ongoing initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, stabilizing current systems and contributing to integration projects. Requirements: • 7+ years in senior HRIS roles within large enterprises • Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience including backend • Robust integration and data troubleshooting skills • Independent contractor with minimal operational ramp-up • Degree in HR or Information Systems preferred
