Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct geriatric mental health and behavioral assessments




• Provide specialized recommendations to care partners

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of three years in applied clinical nursing
• Certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Basic Life Support
• Advanced knowledge of psychotropic medications & care transitions
• Valid driver’s license for travel
