Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans • Optimize asset management and resource availability • Conduct risk assessments for non-emergency work • Utilize advanced tools for productive scheduling and planning • Improve maintenance KPI performance using analytical tools
Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance • College diploma, with a preference for a university degree • Proficiency in CMMS; SAP knowledge advantageous • High competency in advanced analytics • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
