and commissioning of all system controllers as requiredValidates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operationProvides accurate project as-built and commissioning documentationProvides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to System Technicians, Electrical Installers and System DesignersProvides technical assistance to subcontractorsEnsures that delegated tasks are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget and within scope of the contractEffectively communicates the status of projects to management as required and provides monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross marginDevelops project plans and coordinates the required resources to ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projectsPerforms site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full or with assistanceEnsures owner/operator has been trainedProvides proper documentation and manuals for system operationDevelops and maintains viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractorsAttends job progress meetings as requiredCoordinates with Project Engineers on bundled jobs to deliver cost effective solutions that exceed customer expectationsFollows all safety standards and has the highest regard for employee and subcontractor safetyWhat we look forRequired Technical Associates Degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience in the building automation industry, programming panel controls preferably HVAC equipmentExperience managing projectsMust have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audienceMust demonstrate the ability to perform work independentlyStrong computer skillsPreferred Experience in the HVAC industry, programming controlsSix plus years of Project Management experienceKnowledge of project accounting, costing principlesRelevant technical hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systemsHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30.8-42.56 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
