Overview We are looking for autonomous, results-driven Outbound Recruiting Specialists with solid outbound phone experience to partner with us as Independent Contractors. In this role,
you will act as a dedicated phone representative for our clients—prominent real estate brokerages looking to scale their agent rosters. Rather than managing passive job applications, you will be on the phones executing high-volume outbound calling campaigns to licensed real estate agents, qualifying their interest, and scheduling meetings between top candidates and client brokerages.
