As a part-time Brand Ambassador, your role is pivotal at Aerie. You will interact with guests, help them find the perfect items, and showcase your passion for AE and Aerie products. This position requires flexibility across various sales zones and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with each guest using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers about AE and Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and politely
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic personality with multitasking skills
• Passion for Aerie and AE brand products
