Located in Burlington, this position is pivotal for nurturing associate talent through customized onboarding and targeted learning initiatives. You'll work closely with various business groups and internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and implement creative solutions. Your data-driven approach will directly influence the effectiveness of our learning programs.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the operations of Workday Learning Tenant (LMS) • Collaborate with U.S.



teams on learning migrations and optimizations • Conduct regular audits of onboarding programs and training matrices • Build reports to identify trends in system usage • Lead talent projects ensuring timely, scope, and budget compliance

Requirements: • 3-5 years of HR experience needed • Bachelor’s degree or Adult Education certification • Experience with eLearning tools is an asset • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong Excel skills for report generation
