As a part-time contract employee with the CHEO Research Institute, your tasks will include assisting in patient recruitment and maintaining research documentation. A university degree in a health-related field and experience in clinical research are essential for this role. Located in Ottawa, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team and contribute to innovative research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain research project files
• Assist in data collection and coding
• Recruit patients and obtain informed consents
• Support database design and maintenance
• Conduct baseline interviews and follow-up data collection
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health field
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience
• Knowledge of clinical research procedures
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
