Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business workflows across departments • Conduct interviews with SMEs to gather essential requirements • Develop and maintain documentation for project workflows • Assist Product Owner with story development in Jira • Create detailed metadata and business rules for development
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Engineering • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering • Familiarity with SAP or Salsify highly preferred • Experience in agile methodologies and project readiness • Knowledge of consumer products or enterprise processes is a plus
