As a Maintenance Technician, reporting to the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for various tasks including general repairs and maintenance across the site in Refinery Row. Your two-plus years of experience in a similar role will enable you to efficiently handle service requests and maintain equipment. Organization and cleanliness of work areas will also be paramount in fulfilling your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quickly respond to and address client service requests • Execute general repairs like painting and hardware fixes • Conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment • Participate in outdoor and landscaping tasks • Perform general cleaning and upkeep on-site
Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance • Driver’s license to operate work vehicles on-site • Solid commitment to client service and excellence • Capability for regular inspections and recommendations • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
