As a Painter at Unifin International, you will work closely with an experienced painter and 38 other team members, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. This role will allow you to gain valuable skills while performing essential painting tasks in a quick-paced manufacturing facility. Safety and detail will be your top priorities as you work on nonstandard products in collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master Unifin’s painting processes under guidance • Conduct material preparation and masking for painting • Operate safety-first overhead cranes during tasks • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area • Accurately track production metrics and operational details
Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in industrial painting • Familiarity with overhead crane operations is a plus • Must be able to lift 50 lbs safely • Dedicated approach with strong attention to detail • Willingness to work in various positions for task completion
