In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be pivotal in offering tailored insurance solutions to clients. Building client relationships is key as you manage your book of business while also exploring opportunities to cross-sell other insurance products. Your proactive approach and solid customer service mindset will drive your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:



• Achieve sales targets set for individual performance • Prospect for new clients and manage leads effectively • Review and manage existing policies and cancellations • Provide support with Autopac transactions and routine tasks • Foster strong client relationships to promote loyalty

Requirements: • At least two years managing a Personal Lines book • Current Manitoba Insurance Level 2 or 3 License • Experience with other insurance lines is advantageous • Organized with excellent attention to detail • Strong communication and teamwork skills
