As an Activity Worker in our Home & Community Care – Assisted Living department, you will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our clients. You’ll be responsible for implementing activities aligned with our organizational policies and values, all while working under the supervision of management. This full-time position ensures that our clients enjoy purposeful and engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement activities to engage clients
• Maintain alignment with Northern Health’s values and vision




• Monitor compliance with established program procedures
• Collaborate with the team and report to management
• Foster client participation in a variety of activities
Requirements:
• Experience in assisted living or a similar field
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of client-centered service practices
• Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, 08:30 to 16:30
• Familiarity with relevant operational policies
