As part of the Front Office team at Hotel Arts, the Valet Services Agent must be adaptable with schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include promptly greeting guests, ensuring efficient luggage handling, and maintaining the professional appearance of the hotel lobby and front-drive area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to guests' arrivals and departures in the lobby
• Assist guests with their luggage professionally
• Educate guests about hotel amenities and services




• Manage valet parking safely and effectively
• Keep the front-drive and lobby clean and welcoming
Requirements:
• Previous hospitality experience is an asset
• Class 5 Driver's License; experience with automatic and manual vehicles required
• Clean Driver's Abstract with at least 3 years of experience
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Eligible to work legally in Canada
