and production associates to maintain the Installation/Delivery schedule commitmentsCoordination of training for new and current production associatesCross trainingBenchmarkingUtilize Performance Management objectives to improve and develop associatesVacation scheduling to coincide with production requirementsImprovement recommendations in relation to production efficiencies and technology.Maintenance of equipment and buildingMaintain preventative maintenance schedule of all Manufacturing facility equipmentMaintain established standards of location’s appearance and safety in relation to the product yard and buildingCoordination of outside suppliers in relation to equipment maintenance/repairs, location appearance, and improvements in a timely mannerMaterial managementFacilitate fulfillment of requests from internal customers for samplesCoordination/Completion of Shipping / Receiving processCoordination/Completion of Inspection/material verification processOrdering and Management of manufacturing supplies within budgetary constraintsCoordination and coding of supplier invoices to maintain company credit standardsMaintain accurate documentation of OSHA and company required documentationMSDSSafety recordsCrane InspectionsEquipment documentationMeeting Company Safety StandardsEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least 3 years related experience and or training in stone works; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Work EnvironmentIndoors in a non-temperature-controlled environment and outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions.The typical noise level for this job is moderate to very loud.#J-18808-Ljbffr
