Your hands-on expertise in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems will be crucial for addressing resident needs and enhancing their living experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Execute timely responses to maintenance inquiries • Perform a variety of building repairs,
including HVAC and plumbing • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols • Maintain detailed service and inspection records • Engage in after-hours emergency responses as needed
Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent necessary • Experience with building maintenance required • Solid interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents • Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks • Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation
