At Vancity’s Head Office, you'll take charge of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and engage collaboratively with various stakeholders. Your focus will be on embedding risk practices, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations for better decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate updates to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF)



• Lead risk process design and implementation initiatives • Partner with units to establish and refine key risk indicators (KRIs) • Prepare enterprise risk presentation materials for committees • Conduct annual reviews and monitor KRI limits

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 5+ years of risk management experience • Robust analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement • Experience in financial services industry
