In this full time, permanent position, you will be part of the vibrant Parts Department and report to the Operations Manager. Your expertise will assist customers in processing orders, filling parts requests, and providing stellar service. Knowledge of heavy-duty parts enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to customers both in-person and via phone • Accurately process parts requests and manage returns • Promote products through upselling and cross-selling techniques • Provide necessary parts to Service Technicians • Keep the sales floor and displays aligned with dealership standards
Requirements: • Familiarity with heavy-duty parts is desirable • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software • Focus on enhancing the customer experience
