providing the necessary orientation and training and reviewing activities daily to ensure that all staff complete their responsibilities in accordance with CF standards.Assist in the preparation and implementation of annual operating expense and capital budgets through reviewing past expenses, determining future needs of the Centre and gathering information in order to ensure the General Manager, Regional Office and Head Office have accurate figures on which to forecast budget needs.Coordinate the completion of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work by scheduling daily work assignments and delegating to the appropriate member of the maintenance team in order to ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and the property is maintained in a manner that will ensure property values are maintained.Oversee all construction performed by external trade contractors by utilizing knowledge of trades and regularly supervising procedures to ensure work is completed on time, within Building Code requirements and in accordance with CF standards.Order necessary parts and services required to maintain efficient operation of the Centre by determining needs, researching price and quality, following appropriate procedures for purchasing and accurately coding and signing invoices for
