OverviewMaintenance Crew Chief | North Cariboo AirCompensation: CA$48.00 – CA$58.00 per hourResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Supervision: Oversee a team of AMEs and technicians, providing technical guidance, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.Maintenance Execution: Direct and perform line and base maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with approved manuals.Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets Transport Canada standards and company SMS (Safety Management System) protocols; maintain a “safety-first” culture on the floor.Technical Documentation: Review and certify maintenance release; ensure all logbooks, tasks, work packages are accurately completed and signed off.Resource Management: Coordinate with the stores department for parts procurement and manage specialized tooling to prevent downtime.Mentorship: Train and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and ensuring standardized maintenance practices across the crew.Communication:
