Deputy (Assistant) Store ManagerA deputy manager aids in supervising employees, exemplifies outstanding customer service, leads training, and supports the Store Manager and Regional Manager in meeting store quotas.What You Can Expect In This RoleLead outstanding in‑store customer experience and motivate staff to provide top‑notch customer care.Oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and order fulfillment.Ensure the accuracy of product merchandising while executing proper food safety protocols.Schedule effective staff shifts and coordinate store meetings and events.Assist the Store Manager with product merchandising accuracy and store inventory orders.Help achieve in‑store compliance and loss prevention standards.Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.Handle other role‑related responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.What We Expect From YouMinimum one year of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (e.G., growth from associate level to shift lead/floor lead/assistant manager).Strong leadership, staff management, and customer service skills.Reliability with a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends,
