With us, you get tailored programs, advanced analytics, global reach and a service culture that cares.The Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless, cost-effective, and high-quality travel experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate within client travel policies while adapting to changing travel needs.Currently looking to fill our 12:00-8:30pm EST / 9:00-5:30pm PST shiftKey ResponsibilitiesBook and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and ancillary servicesProvide proactive, high-touch service to corporate travelers, executives, and travel arrangersEnsure all bookings comply with client travel policies, preferred suppliers, and negotiated ratesHandle changes, cancellations, and disruptions efficiently, including after-hours or urgent requests when requiredMonitor traveler itineraries and provide real-time support for delays, cancellations, or emergenciesAccurately document all transactions and client communications in the designated systemsCollaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve service deliveryIdentify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives when appropriateMaintain knowledge of industry trends, airline rules, visa requirements, and global travel restrictionsMeet individual and team performance targets for sales, revenue,



and productivity as defined by leadershipWilling to take on other duties as necessary and act as a floater to support other teams when neededRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in corporate travel managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Preferably Sabre.Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and negotiated programsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting high-volume or VIP corporate accountsFamiliarity with online booking tools (e.G., Concur, Deem), Smartsheets, Excel, etc.Knowledge of international travel requirements, visas, and documentationBi-lingual French capabilities are a plusCustomer-focused mindset with a service-first approachStrong organizational and time management skillsAdaptability and ability to manage shifting prioritiesProfessionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client informationStrong team player who contributes to a collaborative, supportive team culture and camaraderieWe provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $50,000 with the chance to participate in commission program tied to achievable targets and individual performance.
