Reports to: General Manager / Manager - Field Operations / Asst. Manager - Field Operations
Job Description The Field Supervisor will manage the day-to-day field operations of the assigned work team at various site locations. Duties include managing the work schedules of the field staff, adjusting them as needed, and ensuring all payroll is completed, approved, and submitted. In addition, this role will build good working relationships with customers, resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner, communicate with the Manager and Assistant Manager of Field Operations, and support the installation and removal of various sized events such as festivals and corporate events.

Essential Functions
Attends meetings with clients and conducts pre-install and post-install inspections with clients.
Ensures the right checklists are used for both set up of jobs and tear downs.
Trains all field staff on the secure usage of all installation machinery and equipment.
Ensures that employees comply with company policy, including reviewing and coaching any attendance issues, clocking in and out appropriately, and following behavior and conduct guidelines as outlined by the Employee Guide.
Assures that all company vehicles, machinery, and rental products are maintained in a safe and clean condition for operation.
Communicates with Sales, Warehouse Manager, and field crew leaders for any updates, questions, or needs they may have.
Develops and maintains training programs for all staff on installation of all products and services offered and monitors their performance and progress.
Works closely with Crew Leads and Warehouse Managers to communicate requirements of equipment needed for jobs.
