We are seeking an experienced Team Leader who possesses exceptional management skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. This full-time role will require flexibility, including weekends and evenings, while ensuring a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. Your passion and problem-solving abilities will shine as you interact with families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations and team performance daily
• Engage warmly with guests and ensure a welcoming environment
• Coordinate special events and parties for children




• Uphold the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Train and manage staff within QYC Fun Factory
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service or hospitality
• At least 18 years old and able to work independently
• Valid First Aid Certificate and Food Hygiene Certification
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain active and physically engaged throughout the day
