Reporting to the Activation Manager, your primary focus will be on planning and conducting daily recreational and activation programs for long-term care residents. Ideal candidates possess a diploma in recreation studies, experience in therapeutic recreation, and strong abilities to engage the geriatric population creatively within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute daily activation and social programs
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic recreation activities for residents
• Design innovative programs tailored for elderly clients




• Deliver exceptional customer service in a compassionate manner
• Collaborate with the care team to enhance resident experiences
Requirements:
• Diploma in recreation, kinesiology, or similar field
• Experience in social services or long-term care
• Current CPR and Food Handler Safety certificates
• Proficiency in computer use and Chinese word processing
• Successful completion of police vulnerable sector screen
