We are looking for a dedicated educator to work part time, 25 hours weekly from September to June. Qualifications include Alberta Child Care Certification Level 1 and experience with children aged 5-12. Your commitment to play-based learning and understanding of child development will enhance our community and educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for children
• Guide children in developing social and emotional skills
• Design engaging, age-appropriate programming
• Ensure safety during interactive play sessions
• Keep families informed about children’s development
Requirements:
• Alberta Child Care Certification Level 1
• First Aid and CPR certification up to date
• Police check dated within 6 months
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Openness to feedback and shared leadership
