In this essential role, you will actively adjust claims and utilize advanced technology in the claims process. Your notable skills in handling Property, Liability, and Casualty claims will underpin your contributions. With a commitment to customer service, you will also ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
Key Responsibilities: • Contact and follow up with claimants promptly • Investigate claims causes and report recommendations • Utilize technology to scope damages and assess claims • Recommend reserves and negotiate settlements • Provide exceptional customer service during the process
Requirements: • Completion of high school; degree in related field preferred • At least 2 years of relevant claims adjusting experience • Ability to apply for a level 1 SK adjuster’s license • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Strong analytical and communication skills
