In this position, you will report to the Manager of Pharmacy Services and work alongside clinical teams and physicians. Key functions include entering medication orders, conducting medication profile reviews, and troubleshooting drug therapy issues. You’ll play a pivotal role in a patient-centred service while adhering to confidentiality and legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Accurately input medication orders into Meditech • Participate in clinical rounds for medication discussions • Address prescriber inquiries regarding drug therapy • Monitor and follow up on adverse drug reactions • Uphold confidentiality and pharmacy standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD (required) • Registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists (mandatory) • Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred • Solid problem-solving and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
