Position Summary The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality onsite technical support to MindBridge employees at our Ottawa headquarters. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues,



ensuring employees can work efficiently and securely. The successful candidate will support end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, meeting room technology, identity management, onboarding/offboarding activities, asset management, and general IT operations. This is a hands-on position requiring solid troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a practical approach to solving technology issues. What You Will Do End User Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications. Respond to and resolve support tickets within established service levels. Troubleshoot OS systems, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing technology.
