Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and oversee community-based programs • Recruit and manage Community Inclusion employees • Support staff training and development initiatives • Regularly update and implement Personal Service Plans • Coordinate crisis response and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: • Diploma in a relevant field • At least three years in Community Inclusion or two years of managerial experience • Excellent written and interpersonal skills • Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft applications • First Aid and CPR Level C certification
