Choosing a college is a big decision/investment and it is imperative to provide families with all of the support they need. We provide a boutique, focused,



and personalized experience for our clients and help our students craft their own story to showcase their unique qualities.Role and ResponsibilitiesOur admissions team creates a playbook for families that covers every step of the application process to help ensure each student is accepted to their top ranked colleges. The plan focuses on meeting goals and submitting applications that stand out. CP Coaches review curriculums, internship options, key extracurricular activities, and strategies for Early Decision (ED), Restrictive Early Action (REA), Early Action (EA), and Regular Decision (RD). This is a contractual/supplemental income prospect where counselors have the flexibility to create their own schedules and hours that work for them.A minimum of five years working as an admissions officer/reader at a selective college, including experience as a high school counselor, independent counselor, or college counseling professional in a business setting.A thorough understanding of the high school curriculum, AP/IB, and standardized tests including ACT and SAT.Experience working with students in grades 7–12,
