As a member of the Food & Beverage team, you will ensure fans enjoy high-quality service during events. You will quickly prepare food and beverage orders while adhering to safety standards and Smart Serve principles. Your role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and organization while acting as an ambassador for MLSE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food and beverage orders quickly and accurately
• Follow secure food handling principles diligently
• Provide responsible alcohol service under Smart Serve
• Monitor inventory and perform opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
