Key Responsibilities:



• Implement tailored lesson plans that meet participant needs • Encourage engagement through diverse coaching techniques • Ensure programs operate smoothly from setup to cleanup • Mentor and direct Support Workers and Volunteers during sessions • Assess participants' swimming skills and provide feedback

Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience in coaching youth sports • Required Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification • First Aid and CPR-C certifications are essential • Comfortable in various pool depths • Must provide references and pass a criminal background check
