We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst for a 6-month contract, with extensions possible. Your role will include setting up devices, assisting with user access, and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues. You will also support both corporate and operational IT services, contributing to the efficiency and success of our team's technology usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with desktop and mobile device support
• Set up PCs, printers, and mobile device configurations
• Support users at multiple locations as needed
• Manage ticketing through HelpDesk Plus or ServiceNow
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and compliance
Requirements:
• Education in Information Systems or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and documentation
• Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits
