Position OverviewCommercial Finance Analyst (Onsite – St. Thomas, ON Office). This role reports to the Director, FP&A and Commercial Controlling and plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by providing financial insight, analytical rigor, and strategic support across the commercial organization.Commercial FinanceLead financial analysis and modelling for new customer programs, promotions, ROI on capital investments, and strategic projects; translate assumptions into explicit financial outcomes and risk/return scenarios.Partner with Sales and Category Management to develop and refine pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and margin impacts.Liaise with Accounting to ensure consistent understanding and accurate treatment of customer programs once implemented.Own customer and channel profitability analysis, including development of customer P&Ls, margin diagnostics, and insights that guide
