By providing dental services and dental health education to children enrolled in the Lac La Ronge Indian Bands Dental Therapy Program. About the Organization LLRIBHS promotes Dental Health services and Dental Health education to all community members of LLRIB. We work closely with the schools and other health organizations. Together with others, we work to build capacity and educate as we both address acute needs and the determinants of health. About the position Working within the Lac La Ronge Indian Band Schools you will prepare and assist the Dental Therapist / Dentist during dental procedures.



Duties Provide Fluoride Treatments to clients; Provideinstructions on oral hygiene (Brushing &flossing); Bookingand confirming appointments; Document client records; Provideinfection control/sterilization and maintain a positive public relation with clients; Generaloffice duties; Qualifications Certified in Dental Assisting and registered (Or eligible for registration) with Saskatchewan Dental Assistants Association; Strong organization skills & able to multi-task; Abilityto work independently as well as a team member; Intermediate computer skills & experience using Microsoft Office; Excellentverbal, written communication & public relation skills; Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license & able to travel when required Experience working with First Nations communities is an asset; Abilityto speak Cree is a definite asset; #J-18808-Ljbffr
