Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting and Lender Relations, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements (IFRS and U.S. GAAP) and financial-related and operational reporting required under the terms of Brookfield Renewable’s North American subsidiary entity credit and tax equity agreements.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly,



and audited annual financial statementsPrepare or analyze financial-related reporting for lenders and internal stakeholders including debt service coverage ratios, cash flow forecast ratios, variance analysis, distribution tests, operating reports, etc.Actively contribute the complex tax equity structures and reporting obligations and calculationsMonitor ongoing compliance under Brookfield Renewable’s subsidiary credit agreements and proactively highlight potential gaps versus obligationsBuild and maintain working relationships with lenders and partners and provide first-line response on inquiriesPrepare regulatory compliance forms for governmental entitiesActively contribute to continued process improvement initiatives focused on automation, streamlining, internal controls, and reducing the risk of human errorProvide ad hoc support to other groups within Brookfield Renewable, as it relates to M&A activities, credit rating review, and credit agreement reviewQualifications1 to 4 years of relevant experienceHold or in the process of completing a recognized professional accounting designation CPAWorking knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAPMotivated, driven, humble and passionate individualWillingness to learn and the ability to receive feedbackSolid analytical abilities combined with being highly detail orientedAbility to work independently and also within a team-focused environmentAbility to work in a dynamic,
