About the RoleTherapeutic Community Facilitator (“TCF”) staff play an integrated role in supporting the day‑to‑day functioning of the residential program by upholding the Therapeutic Community model, facilitating psycho‑educational and therapeutic groups, and supporting essential residential and logistical operations. This role combines therapeutic community coaching, group facilitation, and practical residential coordination, requiring staff to work relationally with all members of the community.
