An ideal candidate would have:

- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
- Team player who is dependable and reliable
- Ability to abide by all safety policies and procedures
- ITA sponsored apprenticeship program
- Ability to work in a physically demanding,



fast-paced and protected environment on both the roof and ground
- Prior roofing experience considered an asset
- Red Seal Ticket considered an asset
- Fall protection certification considered an asset
- First Aid Level 1 considered an asset

Some daily responsibilities:

- Site set up;
- Removing and disposing old roofing materials
- Loading and unloading materials
- Job site clean-up
- Installation of a variety of roofing systems, including: Asphalt, Metal, Eco, Cedar and Flat
- Job leadership to new workers
