Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct and analyze mental health assessments • Implement individualized nursing care plans effectively • Monitor and administer psychotropic medications • Perform crisis interventions and risk assessments • Educate patients and families on mental health issues

Requirements: • BScN graduate, registered as RN with the CNO • Two years’ experience in mental health nursing • Competence in crisis management preferred • Robust communication and judgment skills • Experience working with First Nations is an asset
