OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate – TEMP is a temporary position with Walmart Canada, where you will help create a smooth online shopping flow by accurately picking, packing, and dispensing customer orders.

In this job you’ll make sure the products are right , you’ll follow food safety rules and workplace safety standards, you’ll assist customers when they need a quick hand, and you’ll back up steady store operations in a busy retail setting You’ll also collaborate with other associates to finish e-commerce orders on time, keep a tidy and well sorted work area, use tools and equipment in a safe way, and help lift productivity along with customer delight.

Job Description

- OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate – TEMP is a temporary retail role with Walmart Canada, located in Calgary, Alberta.
- In this job you’ll be doing accurate picking, packing, and getting online customer orders ready, while keeping strong standards around product quality, food safety,



and customer service.
- It’s a fast paced setting, so you’ll help keep fulfillment running smoothly, and make sure shoppers get what they ordered, on time, without mix ups.

Responsibilities

- Pick, put together, and pack customer orders correctly from several temperature controlled zones.
- Keep the work space tidy, organized, and secure, while you follow food safety and workplace safety steps.
- Help customers when they need assistance and support day to day store operations.
- Use equipment safely ,and also help bring up productivity along with customer satisfaction.
- Just be ready for flexible shifts , like evenings, weekends and even holidays depending on what the store needs.
- You should also be able to work quickly in a busy retail environment, you know when it’s pretty intense and everything is moving fast.

Requirements

- You can handle that pace.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and you truly care about order precision.
- You bring good customer service and communication skills.
- You can follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- You can be on your feet for longer stretches, and do lifting of about 20 lbs quite regularly, up to 50 lbs now and then.
- You’re pretty flexible, and also seem at ease working solo, or alongside a crew.
