Which is where you come in.What You Will Be DoingResearch sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potentialMake cold calls to new and inactive customersKeep customers informed of new products/services at UPMCSupport and respond to customer inquiries by emails or phone callsExpedite resolution of customer problems and complaintsMail out customer information bookletsTake orders and enter orders in SAPProvide clear and effective proposals/quotes as necessary for current and prospective customersStay informed with current marketsProvide support to Customer Service representativesRecord and update customer database with all activitiesProvide weekly and monthly reports to management on sales activities, figures and issuesAssist in the preparation of marketing material and maintain company websiteOther duties as assignedStarting salary for this position is $66,800Who We Are Looking ForCollege diploma in business (preferably marketing, administration or similar)Previous Inside Sales experiencePrevious experience with CRM system, preferably SAPConfident in speaking with customers on the phoneDemonstrated aptitude for problem-solvingResults-orientedExcellent communication skillsExcellent research skillsMotivated individualAdvanced computer skills (SAP experience a strong asset)Bilingual (English/French and asset)What We OfferWe aim to lead the way.
