We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to contribute positively to people's lives through our PSW Training Program. Over six months, candidates will complete five weeks of paid training, followed by virtual education, skills labs, and practical placements. This program will equip you with critical skills necessary for providing high-quality personal support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake five weeks of paid training sessions
• Work part-time in the community after training completion
• Participate in virtual and in-person educational components




• Engage in hands-on placements for real-world experience
• Ensure patient safety and effective support services
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid G or G2 driver’s license
• First Aid and CPR level C certification required upon starting
• Updated immunizations and a recent TB test needed
• Clear police checks to be submitted upon offer
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills essential
