• Coach the team to drive sales and improve experience • Maintain operational standards and visuals in the store • Handle payroll coordination and inventory organization • Drive key performance indicators such as conversion rates • Collaborate with HQ on launches and community engagements

Requirements: • 3–5+ years of retail management experience • Effective team leadership and communication skills • Solutions-focused and operationally minded • Comfortable with spreadsheets and Shopify • Valid driver’s license and vehicle for commuting
