Key Responsibilities: • Conduct nightly Front Office operations and Night Audit tasks • Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently • Manage incoming calls with courtesy • Accurately balance food and beverage reports • Prepare necessary reports and ensure nightly backups

Requirements: • 1-2 years of relevant hotel experience preferred • Capable of lifting luggage up to 30 lbs • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook • Must hold a valid Class 5 License and have a clean driver’s record
