• Oversee delivery of LSOMs’ assigned portfolio to ensure success • Mentor and train LSOMs for proficient trial management • Monitor portfolio for risks and facilitate issue resolution • Drive collaboration between study strategy and local teams • Manage resource allocation for optimal trial execution

Requirements: • Doctorate degree with 2 years or Master’s with 6 years of experience • 7 years in medically related fields with clinical research • Leadership in managing teams across multiple trials • Prior experience with oversight of clinical vendors • Strong knowledge of regional clinical trial regulations
