Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a block of litigated claims
• Present cases at various legal proceedings
• Guide legal counsel in claims management




• Coach fellow team members
• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in disability case management
• Bilingual in English and French for client interactions
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Robust analytical capabilities
• Flexibility in working hours and travel ability
