Key Responsibilities: • Engage clients warmly and positively • Apply tailored teaching strategies for each student • Maintain pool safety and cleanliness • Monitor and assess swimmer progress diligently • Participate in regular safety audits and training
Requirements: • Certified Swim Teacher Pro or compatible qualification • Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification • Bronze Cross certification, working towards NLS • Empathetic and effective communication skills • Readiness to support the safety of all swimmers
